Reservations
The details you provide when booking (name, phone, date, time, number of guests, notes and any additional form fields) are stored solely to manage your reservation, for 12 months (the standard period; for some locations it may be shorter), after which they are deleted automatically.
Event requests
The details sent through the „Request an offer" form (name, phone, desired date, number of guests, event type and approximate budget) are used only to prepare your offer and follow the same retention policy as reservations.
Birthday club
If you join the birthday club, we keep your name, email address and birth day/month (no year) on the basis of your explicit consent, solely to send you the birthday offer. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in every email.
Anonymous measurement
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookie-free) and internal anonymous counters for QR scans, phone/WhatsApp/review clicks and allergen filter usage. This data contains no personal information.
Forms
Forms are protected against automated spam with Cloudflare Turnstile.
Order cart
The order cart is stored locally, in your browser (localStorage), and is not sent to us until you finalise the order.
